Last week, I wrote about the new Assembly Tab Braid. Here are the specific instructions for making it. Next week I want to put up a photo tutorial of using it.
Row 1 (RS): K3, yo, sl2, k1, p2sso, yo, k3. (9 sts)
Row 2 (WS): K3, p3, k3.
Repeat Rows 1 and 2 until there are the required number of pairs of holes to work desired edging.
Stitch Glossary
knit : Knit.
purl : Purl.
sl2, k1, p2sso : Slip 2 stitches together, k1, then pass slipped stitches over.
yo : Yarn over.
