I published my 20 pattern yesterday, and decided to celebrate with a 20% off sale though the end of March<\/a>, ending on April Fool’s Day.<\/p>\n

\"Zigzaggery<\/p>\n

illicium is sold through the Twist collective<\/a>, so I can’t put it on sale. \u00a0If anyone happens to buy one of the charity patterns, I’ll still make the full donation.<\/p>\n

The new patterns are the Zigzaggery Scarf<\/a> <\/a>, Zigzaggery Hat<\/a> <\/a>, and Zigzaggery Mittens<\/a> <\/a>. I played with Elsebeth Lavold’s<\/a> continuous cables technique, starting with a chevron.<\/p>\n

Then doodling another motif to nestle into the chevron.<\/p>\n

Then wondering if, for a scarf, could I make the\u00a0chevron fabric reversible? This involved a lot swatches, but it got simpler when I charted it and followed the logic (that doesn’t always happen!)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
